ADHD and Improv: How They Work Together

Please join me this Sunday, May 15, 2016, at 4:00pm, PST, as I welcome Julie Martin to the program. We will be discussing how improv can help improve communication and social skills.

Julie Martin is a Confidence and Presentation coach who inspires and educates. Much of her relaxed and upbeat style can be traced to her 12 years as a director, teacher, and performer of improvisational comedy acting. Julie has been defined as a master group facilitator, an inspirational mentor, and a seasoned and understanding coach.

Ms. Martin uses experimental exercises borrowed from her improvisational laboratory for a breakthrough experience in expression and the art form of you. With 30 years front of the room experience, she has a genius for helping you bring your unique soul quality into all types of communication including video, speaking, interviews, educational programs, and presentations. She encourages her clients to trust themselves, to innovate, to teach, to be thought leaders, and expand into their own personal and creative expression.

Through the art of comedy improvisation, Julie has learned to trust herself, trust her own unlimited creative potential, and believes comedy improv is the best communication training on the planet. She specializes in coaching on the "inner game" of presenting, speaking, and leading, and creates a supportive and safe space for transformation. Julie knows taking a chance to become more visible will allow you to shine, and create the potential for higher income and personal satisfaction.
