Be bold. Access abundant inner resourses that personify  courage. Love is action. Transform trauma to resilience by learning healing pathways to joy. Our inner critic  transforms into an  observer. Longer-term recovery advocates espouse three principles: 

1. Work with a therapist and a sponsor to heal the past in the present

2. Develop a series of  mindful awareness stategies  

3. Live life in a continuum of self-acceptance. What I reject in myself I am projecting/rejecting on to others.

4. Do service: Loving kindness is action.

We are hardwired to connect. Make the connection with the present now.
