Just like a variety of fruits and veggies (eating many different colors) a variety of grains is good for your body. But...we usually just use wheat or corn. Alhtough not bad grains when used freshly milled or whole, there are more great grains out there!!

What are some ideas for using grains like millet, different rices, barley, oats, spelt, kamut....more....

Let's share and talk about what nutrients are in the other lesser used grains and find some ideas together on how to add them to our healthy diet plan.
