The Heart of Leadership

Mary Claybon will discuss with William Powell, a leadership expert and aficionado, how belief systems, self awareness, authenticity, and emotional intelligence collectively play an integral role in leadership development. The idea of leadership moving beyond the workplace and being holistic in the sense of a mentality and a way of doing life is the basis for his leadership philosophy. William has worked internationally with for profit and not for profit organizations in the leadership development field and integrates the insight of his book, Personal Ecology, into his coaching model.
