Artist, businessman, mogul; this may be the best way to describe Cesar Gallardo a.k.a. Fidel Cashflow,  who is an independent Latin American Hip-Hop artist and entrepreneur making waves in the entertainment world. New York native, raised in South Jamaica, Queens, he skillfully combines his uniquely urban music with other ventures including publishing, photography, videography and talent development, Fidel Cashflow continues to prove that it is possible to be successful in the music industry without being signed to a major label. He proudly carries the flag for self-promoting independent artists who are doing well without necessarily going mainstream.

Some of the most notable achievements thus far have been recording a song with Kool G Rap for his first album entitled Year of The Hustler, appearing live on  B.E.T., opening up for artists like Snoop Dogg, Twista, Pitbull and headlining many of his own shows.
