Whirl With Merle

Zingerman's Bakery had been around for many years and located in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  They have recently published a book called Zingerman's Bakehouse with pages of recipes. Amy Emberling and Frank Carollo are the owners and authors of the book.  You can sit down at their restaurant, a few other locations, or even order online. We will be discussing: Fresser Sour Cream Coffee Cake made with souther pecans; Apple Bacon Coffee Cake; their famous Roadhouse Bread; Cabbage Retes - Hungarian strudel; Classic Pimento Chees and Cream Cheese made in their cremery; and Pecan Blondies.
