On July 8, my guest will be Dr. Janet Rogers, a chiropractor at Living Well Balanced, a one-stop shop for integrated wellness located on Manhattan’s upper west side. Living Well Balanced incorporates chiropractic, nutrition, clinical massage therapy, yoga, personal training, and MindFit (a cutting edge technology which balances brain wave function). Dr. Rogers brings a wealth of cutting edge knowledge and training to her mission: “Empowering People to Achieve Optimal Health through Natural Means.”
Dr. Rogers is uniquely qualified to provide the exceptional wellness care Living Well Balanced is known for. Since graduating with honors from Life West Chiropractic College in California, she has continually researched the effects of combining chiropractic care with clinical nutrition, functional wellness principles, and detoxification/weight loss programs. She is certified in Nutri Energetics Systems, Nutrition Response Testing, and is completing her Diplomate in Applied Clinical Nutrition.
Dr. Rogers most recently practiced her integrated, synergistic approach to chiropractic care and wellness in her own successful practice in Charleston, West Virginia. During that time, she also spoke frequently about health and wellness at various area venues.
