My guests will be Jason Kliwinski and Robert Politzer.

Jason is president of Designs for Life and a partner at The Green Building Center.  A highly recognized and accredited professional in the field of Sustainable Design, he has been greatly involved in the restoration, preservation, and adaptive reuse/renovation of existing facilities as well as the creation of new environmentally responsible buildings, including carbon neutral master planning. He was the AIA-NJ President in 2010, a co-founder of the US Green Building Council New Jersey Chapter, and serves as the North East Regional Chair of the Committee on the Environment for the American Institute of Architects nationally. He was among 43 of the world’s most distinguished green building professionals to be selected as LEED Fellows through a peer nomination and portfolio review process in 2012.

Robert is president of Greenstreet Construction and Consulting, Inc., which specializes in green construction and green building consulting. A LEED accredited professional, Robert is chair of the Sustainable Business Task Force of the Environmental Business Association of New York State and a member of its Green Building Task Force.  He is a Planning Committee member of New Roofs for a New Century Conference and a board member of the Harlem River Valley Development Corporation.  He co-chairs the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce’s Green Design and Construction Subcommittee.
