This week's episode we will learn about two more new races.

Stan from Xtreme Mud Warrior will call into the show and let us know all about their upcoming October race. The only thing I know so far is that they have their own property, which means permanent obstacles can be built. I am excited to see what he has in store.

Andy from Rogue Runner was in town last week and I got a chance to sit down with him and ask him about  what his hopes are for their first two events in DC and GA.  Andy knows some Olympians, so our interview was timely.
