Practicing Gratitude and Appreciation is the easiest and most beneficial thing I believe we can do for our lives, it takes only a few moments and can help us feel better for the whole day!
What I did here is create a meditation that integrates many of the benefits physically, emotionally and overall to guide you right into a blissful experience while also learning more about the benefits that can inspire you to practice appreciation more often and more deeply.
