Topic: Eco-Staging with Laura Sampson, Happy Home Stager, LLC.

Home staging and decorating brings out my creative side.  Over twenty years in public service and working as a Senior Executive has provided me with customer service and management skills that have proven beneficial for my business.  I love staging homes for my clients to make them look their best prior to putting them on the market.  I want buyers to fall in love with the homes I stage by creating a lifestyle and an emotional connection to the home.  My average days on market of my staged homes is 18 days.

Laura Sampson is a certified and accredited Home Staging professional & EcoStager offering both traditional and Eco staging services in the Orlando FL area.  Her 6+ year business, Happy Home Stager LLC specializes in properties up to 3500 square feet.  Laura loves maximizing smaller spaces for selling or dwelling.  She regularly taps into her diverse background & training in Fine Arts, Marketing, art therapy, interior design and Eco education to arm her clients with the most current & successful staging techniques.  Her work, tips & eco expertise has been highlighted online & in-print for Photoplan UK, National Wildlife Magazine, move.com, Houzz & The Staging Standard Magazine.  Laura  served as the Eco chairperson @ Real Estate & Women.net.  She is a proud member of the US Green Chamber & volunteers as a Habitat Steward for The National Wildlife Federation.  As a habitat steward  she trains homeowners in planting water & resource saving butterfly gardens.  She is the recipient of 3 Environmental awards and 6 Presidential Volunteer service awards.
