Join me with guest Misha Safran talking about reducing the amount of hate and violent communication there is in our world. Her message is about supporting ourselves and each other in leaning towards positive intent, self-care, and compassion so that we can all show up to support inclusion and belonging rather than let fear dictate our lives which often results in harm and death. Misha supports organizations and institutions from the inside out to center empathy and emotional intelligence in order to create a more nurturing and inclusive workplace. She also empowers them to build sustainable healthy relationships which support staff retention, increase staff morale, and raise ratings in the public eye. Misha is a Credentialed Professional Life Coach and founder of the Center for Empathy and Emotional Intelligence, LLC (CEEQ). She is an award winning speaker, new author and earned the CEO NIH Award in recognition of successful DEIA training.
