In this episode of The Child Support Hustle Show we will be talking with Marie who says they opened the case due to the mother refusing visitations. The child is autistic and she found him to be too difficult so she turned custody over to them in October 2017 and has only had minimal contact. Once their account was levied and then frozen she provided a letter requesting the case be closed. They were told they do not have the right to close the case. Thier account is still frozen, tax returns were intercepted and they were left with no money and 5 kids. They're trying to dig themselves out of debt as the state holds $11,160 and delays resolution.
