The Lions are back to doing Lion things, squandering two points at the death in Chicago. OK, it really didn’t matter that Chicago scored one it shouldn’t have when you consider the two it should have scored didn’t go in, but still...some draws feel less good than others. Still, Orlando City remains unbeaten and getting points on the road is not a gimme, so let’s take it and move on. We break down the Lions and Fire and pick our Man of the Match, and it’s not unanimous this week.

We take a look at the great story of Robin Jansson, who was just officially signed by Orlando City and in other news I tell you why you should go watch the Orlando SeaWolves.

We also touch on the Pride preseason and upcoming Media Day, and how the USWNT is fighting for equality (and fairness) with a new lawsuit against the USSF. We think the U.S women are awesome and deserve to be treated respectfully and equitably.

We dive head first into our mailbag questions this week and I make an effort to alienate every listener we have by defending the fans’ three biggest whipping boys all in one episode! Plus we give you our key match-ups and sure-to-be-wrong score predictions for Orlando City vs. the Montreal Impact.

If there’s something you want us to address on our next show, just ask by tweeting it to us @TheManeLand with the hashtag #AskTMLPC.

Here’s how show No. 153 went:

0:15 - Orlando City was seconds away from a win but got a draw instead. Let’s discuss. Plus, Robin Jansson’s signing pretty much completes City’s business until the next window.

30:46 - The USWNT has a fight on its hands and it’s a worthwhile one.

46:21 - Our mailbag has me ready to fight everyone and we get you set for what to expect (or what we expect, anyway) against Montreal.
