Ella Ward has proven her leadership abilities on so many levels in Chesapeake and Hampton Roads, Va.  She is a voice for the people.  She loves serving the people and now wants to be Re-Elected to her position as City Council Member in Chesapeake, Va.  She needs your vote on May 6, 2014.  Ms. Ella Ward served as City Council member in Chesapeake for seven and a half years.  She was a School Board member in Chesapeake for six years.  She was a educator in Portsmouth, Va. for 35 years.  She served for eight years on the Virginia Board of Education.  She now wants to continue serving the citizens of Chesapeake because she has a vision for helping to diversify the economy, supporting the school system and Public Safety, improving transportation and supporting our active military and our veterans.  Vote for Ella Ward on May 6 in Chesapeake, Va.
