Mental Health is on the rise and we need to bring more awarness to it. Is it the food we eat ?  Discussing trauma's and triggers. Is it the medicine ? Mass shootings , most shooters have mental warning signs. We need to understand and discuss solutions or better support systems for suicide. A toll free number is not going to cut it.  Lush discusses her challenges with PTSD.
