In 2011, Rita left her life as a business attorney (which she led for over 10 years) and became a dating & relationship coach. (FUN story to ask her about!) She grew her business at a RAPID pace, meeting and surpassing her revenue as an attorney within months. Her first year in business, she was asked to tour as an expert panelist and speaker and was a finalist for Best Dating Coach in the iDate 2014 Awards.

Rita found that people approaching her for strategy sessions were not looking for dating help but, rather, wanted to know how she had been able to leave Corporate America and grow a successful business so rapidly!

She began coaching entrepreneurs on starting and building their businesses and has since founded the Women's Business Garden, a worldwide community of women entrepreneurs, freelancers and small business owners who come to together to support each other and "grow ideas to keep business blooming."
