What happened to Felipe Santos and Terrance Williams

Are you familiar with the sad and unsolved stories of the two individuals above?  These two individuals disappeared without a trace and that's not all they have in common.  They have a very interesting person in common and that's Steven Henry Calkins.   Steven Henry Calkins was a Corporal at the time of Felipe Santos and Terrance William's disappearances.  How is it possible that two individuals on two separate occasions go missing (Felipe Santos vanished 10/14/2003, Terrance vanished 1/12/2004) without a trace and the same person be involved in both cases?  To date neither of these individuals have been found, despite federal, state, local agencies and detective investigations.  Let's discuss these stories in an effort to help solve these cold cases and stop this type of outrageous treatment towards human beings!
