Maryann D’Angeli was blessed with the opportunity to intern in the Research Department at the Library of the Association for Research and Enlightenment in Virginia Beach for the summer in 1985. That immersion in the Edgar Cayce material gave her a deep appreciation of the wealth the Readings had to offer and also provided a secure foundation for further Metaphysical studies. Additionally, in Divine Order, she was mentored by a dear friend who had been a student of Alice Bailey, Dr. Iretta Hirsch. Concurrently, Rev. D’Angeli was a teacher and a Learning Consultant in her hometown of Elizabeth, New Jersey. She eventually moved on to become a Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice in Scotch Plains. Rev. D’ Angeli continued to move between the traditional and metaphysical milieus and integrated them in her work.
