Barbara Patterson’s motto is “follow your heart – always!” She has had a lot of self-experience when it comes to following her heart – or not. Walking her talk is what she wants to achieve every single moment of every single day – in connection with her world and the world outside her own little universe. An entrepreneur by heart since 2004, she has taught many people to live their life consciously through different methods.
