About Ruth

Ruth Young-Loaeza is the CEO & Founder of Genius On Development, and the NEET Sheets Inventor,  she is a small business owner, serial entrepreneur, innovator, visionary, dreamer, international bestselling author, pioneer, and more!!!

Young-Loaeza started her journey as an inventor during a period of homelessness after a car accident that left her unable to work. It was during this time when Young-Loaeza gave life to many of her inventions by creating drawings and simple prototypes of some of the ideas that she had come out of while working as a housekeeper for more than twenty years.

After 23 years as a housekeeper Young-Loaeza finally quit cleaning houses to devote her full time to her inventive ideas, when she was taken in by The Brink Program at the prestigious University of San Diego.
