Undivided is a podcast series aimed at breaking down societal barriers and constraints with an aim of unity, harmony, and peace. This episode will feature the societal view of body image and the important role that plays in self-esteem and other emotional factors for people.

Suzanne Reilley is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and ELI-MP and is an expert in the field of fitness and wellness. She appeared on a prior episode of Undivided and will rejoin the series to help guide listeners through this sensitive topic.

Suzanne helps self-motivated women get fit, without all the suffering! (though simple, joyful actions that snowball into real, lasting results). Discover how her fresh “inside-out” approach came to be, how she proved its effectiveness, and why it can work for you (even if nothing’s ever worked for you in the past!) her site is suzannereilley.com

Listeners can email me to request a free 60-minute Body Image Assessment, where they can share how they're feeling about themselves now, how they'd like to view themselves, and we'll identify ways to shift the inner dialogue.

Frank J. Maduri is the Host of Undivided and is also a (CPC) ELI-MP with a coaching practice focused on writing coaching as well as career transition/personal development. He is also a writer and journalist with news credits in over 40 countries on a range of issues. Frank has a poetry collection titled "The Promise of Tomorrow" and a reflections book titled "Reflections On The Passion: A Modern Guide to The Stations of The Cross" both available on Amazon. The proceeds for the reflections book go 100% to charity.

Please join the dialogue on July 17th LIVE at 7 PM Eastern. This issue impacts so many people and it promises to be a powerful episode of the series. Thank you for listening and for your support.
