Undivided is a podcast series which reviews divisions in society and seeks to break down those divisions so that people can live in harmony and peace. This new episode will feature the stigma around addiction in our society. My special guest will be Paul Silva.

Paul Silva is a life and personal development coach who works with people in work and life transitions and specializes is in addiction recovery. He himself transitioned, having spent over 25 years in the hospitality industry as a chef, predominantly in senior and executive management roles in mostly corporate environments. His love of mentoring, teaching and guiding culinarians alongside his work with others in recovery (he himself has been in recovery since 2011) brought him to the profession of coaching. His passion for recovery and in helping others is reflected in his work in running a blog (“Message in a Bottle”), podcast (“Buzzkill Pod”) and authoring the book “Longing For The Spirit”. Today, Paul offers one-on-one private coaching and is in the process of creating a group coaching program for those in second stage addiction recovery. He is also launching a new podcast “Longing For The Spirit: The Podcast”, which focuses on personal transformation in all areas of life. He lives in Toronto, Ontario, Canada with his wife, Hina Khan and their two boys and a clingy dachshund.

Frank J. Maduri is the host of Undivided and is a CPC, ELI-MP. He is also a writer and journalist with news stories published in over 40 countries. Frank has a private coaching practice focused on writing coaching, career transition, and personal development. He has publishes a poetry book and a reflection book on The Stations of The Cross, both available for purchase on Amazon.
