The House took a reasonable approach to avert a government shut down.  They have delayed PPACA for 1 year and eliminated the medical devices tax. Now the battle moves back to the Senate.  Negotiations and compromise are how the Constitutional checks and balances are intended to work, yet, Reid and Obama have clearly stated they will not compromise; they intend on shutting down the government to fund a ‘law’ they’ve already delayed several time because it is not ready.  The only question is will the Senate GOP stand with the House and the conservative A-Team, or will the Surrender Caucus cave in to their Democrat partners-in-crime?

In a game of chicken, you win if you don’t flinch. Now is not the time to flinch; now is the time to strike a victory for liberty!

Tyranny is assured UNLESS liberty-loving people of good conscience can set aside their differences and band together against the rising tide of collectivism, statism and oligarchy.  Grassroots conservatives and libertarians MUST work together to ensure the restoration of constitutionally limited government – it is up to you.  End the welfare/warfare police state.  DEMAND Congress say NO to a CR unless it delays Obamacare, send a tsunami of grassroots Constitutionalists to join Sen. Ted Cruz & Co to www.dontfundit.com

“When the bill comes back to the Senate, when the House yet again stands for principle and fights for the American people, I very much hope that Senate Republicans will rise to the challenge." – Sen. Ted Cruz
