Willow Creek Lodge:  A Holistic Retreat Center for Struggling Young Adults

Willow Creek Lodge is a multi-modal brain-based, trauma informed, wellness-oriented retreat program for young adults (ages 18+) in the mountains of Western NC.  Based on the convergence of knowledge between neuroscience, somatic and experiential approaches to trauma, and mindfulness skills-based approaches, trained mental health professionals synergistically combine neurofeedback, yoga, and other brain-based modalities that promote self-regulation, mindfulness, and resilience in a workshop-based residential milieu. Clients are assisted in creating a functional independent life following previous treatment attempts, problematic recovery, or continued challenges with managing the life skills necessary to transition fully into adulthood.
