Bill has also integrated his change consulting experience and the research underlying Leadership Agility to create the Agile Change-Leader Lab, a workshop for managers and internal leadership development professionals that accelerates the effective leadership of organizational change. Bill is also the author of numerous articles, including “Creating a Culture of Agile Leaders.” For nine years, Bill served as an adjunct faculty member in the Leadership for Change program at Boston College.
