Business with Peter Bregman

Author Peter Bregman’s writing always strikes a chord in me. He shares his wisdom about business and management (ie: about people) by using personal stories that leaves us with new tools and a context in which to use them. Peter is the author of Point B: A Short Guide to Leading a Big Change, and writes a weekly column, How We Work, for HarvardBusiness.org. He also advises CEOs and has based his work on the notion that an organization, at its core, is a platform for talent. By unleashing that talent, focusing it on business results, and aligning it with a compelling vision, both the individual and the organization thrive. Peter will speak at a TED conference next month, so we are lucky to grab him while we can!
