Relationship Wisdom: Communication and Boundaries

Communication is all about good skills and sucky skills. Sure there is some theory, but darn little. Mostly this is skill building and tools to help you build them skills. And these are what I call Interpersonal Skills, i.e. your success depends on how others see you and vice versa. Prime skill-teaching tool is Mirroring, which teaches you how to make people feel heard and help them hear you. Next is the set of skills around Validation, which teaches you how to make others feel understood. All these skills teach, and depend upon, good Boundary skills.
