POWER: How To Get It Back and Keep It After Break-Ups

Love is such a wonderful feeling when someone shares the same values and intergrity in a connection/relationship.  We want someone to love us for who we are and we want someone that will LOVE us unconditionally and accept us, so we without boundries, give our POWER to individuals with the hope they will not take advantage of us.  We want to TRUST without drawing a line and make them work for it, and show you, you are worthy.  Simply, we make sometimes things too easy for them.

So, what happens, if the connection/relationship does not work out the way you expected and you've found out that  your persons are not reliable, responisble, or decietful and it's time to break up? I How do you get your POWER back and keep it?
