Welcome to the “Transparency in Coverage: Helping Health Payers Understand the Final Rule” podcast hosted on Future Healthcare Today.

Transparency is one of the biggest conversations for health payers as 2021 draws to a close. With just a few weeks until the No Surprises Act comes into effect, as well as the final rule for Transparency in Coverage, it’s understandable that payers might have questions they need clarified.

Today, we are speaking with Dennis Charland, SVP of Sales at Sapphire Digital, which was recently acquired by Zelis.  Dennis has previous experience being a National and Consultant Sales at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, and he will provide a closer look at what Transparency in Coverage means for payers and explore solutions that can help ensure compliance for both this rule and the No Surprises Act.
