Rachel has worked in the fitness industry for the past 10 years in both the UK and Australia giving her a deep insight into health, exercise and conditioning specifically for sport and performance and health and aesthetic purposes. ?Unlike many in her field, Rachel takes her learning very seriously and is uniquely qualified to pass on this knowledge to her clients.
Upon graduating from The University of Birmingham, UK with a BSc(Hons) Physiotherapy, Rachel worked within the NHS as a rotational physiotherapist and supplemented clinical work through employment with high performance sports people and teams.

Her passion for strength training brought her to Sydney, Australia where she is now regarded as one of Sydney’s more popular female trainers and physical therapists. Rachel’s clientele ranges from personal trainers; MMA, ex-rugby and crossfit athletes; female figure/fitness competitors to corporate/weekend warriors and general health and fitness clients who tend to take a little more serious approach to their training.

Rachel is an International lecturer of the FMA Strength Training Certification Program currently lecturing in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.

In addition, Rachel writes for Mens Fitness magazine and is a regularly interviewed guest on fellow health and fitness professional’s blogs.
