Sazz is the founder of 2ndSpring movement for women 50+/The Young Entertainers Academy Awards.

Though she wanted to become an actress, her biggest aspiration was to always make a positive difference in the lives of those she came in contact with.

Sazz convinced her parents to send her to performance school and attended Italia Conti Performance School, Royal Academy of Dance and BAC -  where she initiated a programme sponsored by BAC which encouraged young people from underprivileged backgrounds, the opportunity to perform in professional productions.

2ndSpring was a later addition to her achievements due to experiencing her own life changing circumstances in her 50s. Sazz initiated this movement to help other women through adversities associated with losing self-confidence, losing loved ones, redundancy, growing a family, breakdown in relationships etc.

A mother to 3 grown up sons as well as a grandmother and one of the boys is now playing lead in the London West End playing Jimmy in Dream Girls!
