Karen’s three tips and tricks on social media are:
(1) The first is to recognise if and when you need help as a business, and ask for support -- sticking your head in the sand will not make social media go away.
(2) The second is to be disciplined enough to manage social media effectively and to integrate it with the wider marketing activity
(3) The third is to focus on the return on investment (bang for your buck) that social media can bring; it’s not just about the number of followers.
