Oregon Update -- Obamacare isn't working and the president is scrambling to try to make it work however this time the PEOPLE aren't going along with it and several states are refusing to comply with the president's one-year waiver on sign-ups as insurance companies are telling the president, we're not going to do it because it's against [your] new law.
