this week, the president gave the State of the Union address... did anybody care?

Oregon was proud to have its governor, John Kitzhaber invited to sit with the first lady... and the biggest question on Oregonians minds were, "did the governor wear blue jeans to the event?"

Oregon Senate bill would protect workers OSHA media privacy, making it a legal for prospective employers to ask you for your personal passwords to Facebook, twitter and your e-mail accounts.

On a side note, it is already against the EULA agreement would be accounts that you do not share your passwords.

taxes -- taxes -- and more taxes... the list of courses growing.

Oregon House Bill 2453 -- establishes a pay per mile road usage charge for higher mileage vehicles.  This also includes privacy concerns because it requires a GPS system to be installed in the vehicle itself.

Oregon HB 2687 --requiring headlights to be on at all times, punishes offenses with a maximum fine of $1000.

house Bill 3374 would impose a five cent tax per pound of bird seed sold in Oregon.

these are just a few of the examples of how greedy in desperate our government is getting just because they can't like the rest of us live within their budgets.
