Rev. Bullard is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a bachelors degree in Psychology. After accepting his vocation as a minister, Rev. Bullard attended Dallas Theological Seminary where he graduated with a Masters in Theology. Rev Bullard has done post graduate work for a PH.D in Theology.
