The Pros and Cons of Entitlement

I recently looked up the word entitlement and came up with two interesting definitions.

1.  The fact of having the right to something.
2.  The belief that one is inherently deserving of privileges or special treatment. 

Since the election, there has been a lot of debate over this word.  Some people believe they are not given enough; whereas, others believe people are given too much.
