In my upcoming book The Three Pillars of Strength:  Increasing Your Physical Mental, and Spiritual Fitness, I discuss the 3 distinct bodytypes:  ectomorph, endomorph, and mesomorph.  Each body type has it's own shape, metabolic rate and responds to exercise a certain way.  Knowing your body type helps you in several ways:
