What is your Niche'

So I want to take this a little further and I challenge you to find your NICHE’/TALENT.  I know you are now thinking okay where do I start?  I already have a great job that pays good money..I am okay where  am at?  I’m too old to start changing things now.  Lastly I don’t even know where to begin in finding my niche’/talent to “release my dreams”.
