We will be departing from last week's show, where we discussed the power of our thoughts, feelings, and the Law of Attraction to bring us into the present moment, the ONLY moment that is available to us. As we begin a practice of coming back to the presence within, we can shift our focus (our thoughts and feelings) into a better place, thereby seeing the outer realizations of our innate collective wellbeing, as well as our personal wellbeing.

The collective consciousness has brought about a very negative situation and painful experience to navigate currently. Today we will re-frame what is happening, & step into our personal power in relation to it, so begin shifting that energy for the better. Our wellbeing is always there. We only lost our awareness of it.
