MENTAL IMAGERY – IS IT REALLY BENEFICIAL?

“Imagination is more important than knowledge.”  states   Dr. Albert Einstein, considered to have one of the most brilliant minds of the 20th century.

While it’s best to have both imagination and knowledge,  Einstein said this because he knew that our ability to create comes from our ability to imagine. Visualization (mentally “seeing” what you want) is only one aspect of mental imagery. That’s important to know because while our subconscious mind automatically produces pictures, our conscious mind may not. Many people give up mental imagery because they don’t actually “visualize” what they want.  However, everyone uses mental imagery, consciously or unconsciously. Ms. Nadler learned mental imagery from Concept Therapy, and she uses it often.  Mental imagery played an essential role in her healing from cancer in 1994, and attracting her perfect home in 2006. Listen to this show to learn how to use mental imagery to create what YOU want.
