Beverly Nadler explains how food manufacturers and marketers manipulate our body and brain to insure that we are addicted to sugar and junk foods.  You will also learn what you can do about the huge health problem this addiction causes.

Sugar was once considered a much sought after luxury spice like nutmeg and cinnamon, In the 1700s sugar consumption per person was about 4 lbs a year.  Today, Americans consume about 77 lbs a year, or over 22 tsps a day, with some people consuming 30 or more tsps a day. This does not include natural sugar in fruits, vegetables and grains that are healthy. It is added sugar.  One 12 oz can or bottle of soda contains as much as 10 tsp a day.

Because of the way we consume it, sugar has become an addictive poison. However, it’s not entirely our fault as consumers.  If you ready to do something major to improve your health and the health of your family, join us for a very enlightening and important program.
