One year ago, the U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Graham v. Florida, established a categorical ban on sentencing youth who have committed non-homicide offenses to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Many youth are trying to get resentenced with a chance of parole. We will re-run our show from last year that discusses the Supreme Court ruling. Our guests were Marsha Levick, Deputy Director and Chief Counsel for the Juvenile Law Center and Bryan Gowdy, the attorney for Terrence Graham, the defendant in the case. You won't want to miss this show.
