On this episode, we have special guest, John Dudley of Nock On TV, join us via Skype. John is a former member of the US Archery Team, a 3D archery Rookie of the Year, multiple time 3D National Champion, and has worked with many foreign national archery teams and individual archers in a coaching role. A brief run-down of UFC 220 and Bellator 192 opens up a few different conversations about high level athletics. Besides understanding how to deal with the pressure of individual athletic, training practices, and how to handle the mental ups and downs of a professional athlete, John also knows how to make a mean cocktail.
