Stay Alive While You Drive!

This episode will help you stay alive while you drive.Althought the Rules of the Road are more far reaching than  a 30 minutes session can adequately cover, some of the basic elements of staying alive will be covered. Some of the salient points covered are

• Rising Blood Alcohol Levels (BAL)   and the effects they have on medicating ones emotions
• Body weight and its effect on BAL
• Gender differences in BAL
• Age and alcohol---

Finally this session covers three very general rules/guidelines for staying alive while you drive. Far too many people die each year in automobile related crashes that are avoidable.
