Rookie camp for your Washington Capitals kicked off yesterday, and Pepper and Russell begin to preview the Caps' Southeast Division rivals, and what to focus on during division matchups in 2011-12.  The Winnipeg Jets will be the last SE team that the Caps will face for the first time (on November 17th) in the new campaign, but the first that we'll preview.
