Elaine is an independent Life Skills and Energy Wellness Coach/Consultant, as well as a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist. She is an expert at helping people to help themselves. She trains, coaches, and mentors clients to new levels of productivity and self-reliance. She works with clients nationally and globally by phone or Skype, in person, and groups. Her expertise is in the expanding field of bio-energetic wellness which accesses the body’s cellular memory to release dysfunctional patterns, addictions, PTSD, abuse, trauma, attitudes, etc. She offers self-care tools for those dealing with major illness, in support of their medical programs, and helps clients to develop and implement internal programs for success. Over the last 20+ years she has developed and presented timely programs for individuals and businesses, from construction to finance, addicts to medical doctors, and non-profits to city and state departments as well as families. Before immersing herself in the natural healing field, she spent 12 years with IBM in the Washington, D.C. metro area in Federal Contract Management with accounts on Capitol Hill and the high security agencies. She also developed and implemented the City of Brunswick, Maryland’s first recycling program that became the model for other communities. Her mission in life is to “Help people to help themselves, create more productive lives.”She is the mother of five grown and productive children, and the grandmother of 11 perfecting grandchildren.
