Day 26 moving from nothing to the best health that we could possibly live 

Breakfast is important and most of us don't eat breakfast and think we're healthy and that is not the case every yr I hear you still have to eat small meals and most Americans don't think mmm instead of eating something or nothing at least eat your oatmeal 

Or even a piece of bread and that's something 

Breakfast I know your running out the door or you just don't have the time but there will come a time when you will live for the future nit having the proper things in your system
