Jeanine Swatton will interview Amy Barth. Amy Barth was abused as a child by a young boy in her neighborhood and as she grew older it led her to being abused again by a family friend and member of her Temple. Shortly after that ended she developed an eating disorder. It took her more than 20 years to face and find recovery. Today, she is the Founder of Safe Girls, Strong Girls (www.SafeGirlsStrongGirls.org) and Camp CADI (where young CSA "thrivers" come to share their stories, engage in art and music therapy and more...sometimes for free). She is the author of several books including the most recent "Annabelle's Secret", written for young girls to learn how to say no or to help those who have been victims thrive and find confidence and healing.
