Lots of times, when it is hot or you just want a refreshing lift me up drink, plus using this tip you can always have your espresso chilled and ready to make your drink on the run. There are two ways to grind your espresso for this "on the run" preperation. 1) If you use a auto drip grind then your will need to double brew your espresso. If you choose this method, then we suggest 10 grams of coffee per six ounces of water. 2) If you use a espresso grind, then you can use a little less coffee and only brew once, as the finer grinds will make a stronger espresso. If you choose this method then we suggest 14 grams of espresso to 10oz of water, Keep in mind with both methods you can always add water to adjust to your taste, so it is better to make the espresso to strong, this way you can adjust with water. Make sure if you add water to lighten the espresso to remember how much water you are adding, as the next time you prepare your espresso for the frig, you will have the same ratio, thus the same taste each time, plus it will be faster. Now, all you have to do is place your espresso in a container, put it in the frig and you are ready to make a wonderful espresso drink "on the run" Island Joe's Iced Latte Prepare your espresso as mentioned above.
